Big Island Rendezvous is a festival celebrating history during the fur trade period (1650 - 1840) and early Frontier America (1750-1880) including the Civil War Era and Pioneer Settlement (1840-1800).

About the Event
On Friday, October 4th the 5th & 6th graders will be going to the Big Island Rendezvous and Festival in Albert Lea, Minnesota. They will leave Trinity at 6:45 AM and return by 5:00 PM.
- RSVPs due by Tuesday, September 24th
- Your RSVP is your permission slip; students will not be permitted to attend without an RSVP
- Cost is $10 per person
- We will need drivers/chaperones. (PIE Hours = 8)
- Students cost can be paid online or you can give cash/check (made out to Trinity Lutheran School) to Mrs. Hornbuckle
- Each student will need to bring a sack lunch, or the school can provide a sack lunch (please indicate which when you RSVP)Â
- There will be vendors at the festival if students would like to bring spending money.
- No younger children, please
