Parent Teacher League
The purpose of the Parent Teacher League (PTL) at Trinity Lutheran School is to promote Christian education, support our school, assist with various school activities/functions/services, provide financial assistance where needed, and help to maintain a close relationship among our school, our teachers, and our school families, while supporting the mission and vision of the school.

Parent Teacher League Officers

Principal: Serves as a liaison between the school and the Board and approves all PTL fundraising projects.

President: Acts as the leader and key contact for the PTL, presides over all meetings, and coordinates the work of officers and committees to ensure PTL objectives are met.

Vice President: Assists the President, assumes the President’s duties when needed, and coordinates activities of special committees. Ideally, the Vice President is willing to serve as President in the future.

Secretary: Keeps minutes of all meetings, manages correspondence, and oversees PTL communications.

Treasurer: Manages all fund, handles disbursements, attends events where money is collected, ensures financial policies are followed, and prepares financial reports.​​​​

YOU, the parents, are a key component of the success of Trinity Lutheran School. Parents can participate on the executive board, help at class parties, organize assemblies, publicize PTL activities, volunteer at events, coordinate classroom parties, and much more. To sum it up—our parents contribute as they are able. And we love that.
WHO is involved in the Parent Teacher League?
YOU are the Parent part and TLS teachers are the Teacher part of the Parent Teacher League. Parent volunteers serve on the Executive Board and as Committee Chairs, with many other parents supporting activities throughout the year.
WHAT is the purpose of the Parent Teacher League?

WHERE does the Parent Teacher League need volunteers?
The PTL is run entirely by parent volunteers. We need help with tasks like coordinating class parties, assisting with events, celebrating teachers, selling spirit wear, helping with concessions, welcoming families, and more.
WHEN does the Parent Teacher League meet?
PTL meetings are held in the evening at Trinity Lutheran School as needed for event planning. All parents are welcome. Email us at trinitylutheranptl50036@gmail.com for information on the next meeting.
