After enjoying a four-day Easter Weekend, we came back to school and celebrated Easter again on April 10th! Our class went to Franklin Park for an Easter egg hunt and snacks.
Seussical the Musical was a huge success! Students and directors worked tirelessly for many hours to perfect the production.
All of a sudden, it was time for students to show what they’ve been learning all year long. Fourth graders took the reading, writing, and language arts portions of the ISASP April 20th - 24th. Students truly performed with “grit” and persevered to finish strong!
In math, students designed their own “zoos” using the knowledge they have learned about area and perimeter. Students were given several specific instructions regarding minimum square feet of animal cages, animal sizes, number of restrooms, ticket booths, etc. Students had fun using their geometry skills and did an awesome job!
