Lutheran Schools Week is a joyful celebration at Trinity Lutheran School, and this year’s theme, “Make a Joyful Noise,” beautifully reflects what we experience in our school each day. When you walk through our halls, you can hear that joyful noise in many forms—students asking thoughtful questions, classrooms filled with learning and laughter, prayers spoken together, songs lifted in praise, and acts of kindness shared between classmates.

The joy we experience at Trinity is grounded in the Gospel. Scripture reminds us,

Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth; break forth into joyous song and sing praises! (Psalm 98:4).

Our joy comes from knowing what Christ has done for us. Through His life, death, and resurrection, Jesus has given us forgiveness, hope, and new life. That Good News shapes everything we do—from the way we teach and learn, to the way we serve one another in love.

We celebrate the gift of Christ-centered education that happens daily in our classrooms. We give thanks for our students, who bring energy, creativity, and faith into our school. We celebrate our teachers and staff, who faithfully serve not only as educators but also as role models who reflect Christ’s love through patience, encouragement, and care. We are grateful for our families and church community, whose prayers, support, and partnership make Trinity Lutheran School such a blessing.

Making a joyful noise is not just something we do during special events—it is part of who we are as a school. In every lesson taught, every chapel service, every song sung, and every act of service, we are given opportunities to praise God and share His love.
