Happy Summer, One & All! May was a joyful and busy month in preschool! We took home our seedlings and released butterflies after learning how butterflies, birds, and bees help pollinate plants so fruits and vegetables can grow. God has truly created some amazing helpers!
Our preschoolers have also become wonderful helpers themselves—growing in kindness, compassion, and a desire to serve like Jesus. A special highlight was Parents & Pastries, where we served parents and grandparents to show our love and appreciation for all they do.
In Bible time, we were amazed to learn how Jesus changed Saul’s heart and made him into Paul, a faithful disciple. It’s been a blessing to see our littles filled with joy and wonder as they explored God’s Word this year.
We also spent time graphing how much we’ve grown, celebrating new skills, and discovering interests we now share with friends. May brought lots of fun too—preschool field day, bubble day, and a walk to Ericson Public Library for storytime with Mr. Z. Weather and trains kept us flexible, but we made wonderful memories together!
During our final days, we reflected on the year through journals and photos, wrote kind notes to friends, and continued practicing how to share God’s love with our words and actions. We wrapped up with student awards, kindergarten graduation, an ice cream social, and lots of singing and celebration.
Wishing you a joyful and blessed summer—we can’t wait to see you again in the fall! Prayers from Preschool!
