From the Principal's Desk - September 2024

We are “Led by Christ” . As we begin our school year we focus our school theme on the words from Deuteronomy 31:6:

"Be strong and courageous. Do not be afraid or terrified because of them, for the Lord your God goes with you; He will never leave you nor forsake you."

These words of encouragement come from a time of transition for the Israelites as they prepared to enter the Promised Land. Just as they faced new challenges, we too are stepping into a new school year filled with opportunities and growth. Being "Led by Christ" means that all aspects of life and faith are directed by His teachings and example. In our daily lives, we are called to follow His lead, trusting in His guidance for our decisions, actions, and interactions. This includes sharing the principles of love, mercy, and righteousness that Jesus himself exemplified.

Let us hold fast to the assurance that God walks with us every step of the way. Whether in moments of triumph or in times of trial, His presence is our steadfast guide. This year, let us strive to embody strength and courage in all that we do, knowing that God’s unwavering support will sustain us.

As we nurture our students' academic and spiritual growth, let us also remember to support one another with kindness and faith. Together, with God’s grace, we will navigate this year with resilience and hope. Please continue to pray for the ministry of Trinity Lutheran Church and School. Together we are growing in Christ and serving with Purpose.
