It is hard to believe that we are already a month into the school year! The first days of adjusting to new routines and settling into classrooms have quickly given way to the steady rhythm of learning, growing, and serving together. What a blessing it has been to watch our students embrace new challenges, build friendships, and share Christ’s love in both big and small ways.
Our theme for this year, Psalm 98:4
Make a joyful noise to the Lord, all the earth; break forth into joyous song and sing praises!”
has already come alive in our school. We hear joyful noise each week in chapel, in the laughter on the playground, in the voices raised in song, and even in the determination of students working hard in their studies. Each sound is a reminder that our daily lives are opportunities to praise God.
I am deeply grateful for the partnership of our families and the dedication of our teachers and staff as we walk together through this year. The joy we share is rooted in Christ, who guides our steps and blesses our work.
As we continue to move forward, I encourage our families to carry this theme into their daily lives. Look for the ways you can make a joyful noise to the Lord in your homes—through family devotions, singing together, sharing prayers at the dinner table, or simply pausing to notice God’s presence in the ordinary moments of your day. These practices help keep our hearts focused on the One who gives us every reason to rejoice.
My prayer is that as the year unfolds, our students, staff, and families will continue to lift their voices, their service, and their learning as a joyful offering to Him. Together, may we shine the light of Christ in all that we do. God’s blessings on this school year!
